Newcastle Building Society is one of the strongest mutual building societies in the UK and the largest to be based in the North East of England. In August 1990 the Society became the first UK building society to provide a full range of investment and housing finance services in Gibraltar.

We are proud to have serviced the needs of customers in Gibraltar with our range of products and services and grateful that our customers continue to rely on us for their financial needs.

We will also continue to take advantage of new technologies in order to provide innovative products and services to our members.

As a mutual organisation, we can afford to offer more competitive rates than some of our plc competitors as our profits are invested back into the business and not paid out in the form of dividends to a limited number of shareholders. Mutuality means putting you, the customer, first.
